For over 15 years, I've supported people through healing, transformation, and profound personal growth. I work a lot with healers & helpers. Along the way, I've come to believe that one of the most important skills a practitioner can develop isn't just another technique.
It's discernment.
Most healers and helpers I meet are naturally intuitive. They're deeply sensitive, highly empathic, and able to perceive what others often miss. But sensitivity alone isn't enough.
Without discernment, it's easy to confuse intuition with projection, absorb what belongs to others, or question the guidance you're receiving.
