Through the power of frequency and vibration, sound healing supports the body’s natural ability to regulate, repair, and restore. Sound therapy is deeply relaxing, however the effects go beyond to helping to regulate the nervous system, gently unwinding trauma and helping your body move back to it's innate self healing power.
Sound healing is actually an ancient practice that uses vibrational frequencies—through instruments like crystal bowls, tuning forks, drums, chimes, and the human voice—to bring harmony to your system. Each sound, each note, interacts with your brainwaves, tissues, and subtle energy field, helping you shift from stress and survival into safety and presence.
In my practice I use tuning forks and Tibetan singing bowls of various frequencies to guide your body through these powerful one on one sessions. This is a somatic experience and helps you shift beyond the limitations of your analyatical mind into a body based healing. I combine this vibrational therapy with a deep understanding of the nervous system, emotional regulation, and somatic integration to help you tap into greater well-being, physical healing and trauma integration.
Sound Healing Can Support You If You're:- Carrying unresolved trauma or chronic stress
- Feeling disconnected from your body, emotions, or intuition
- Struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout
- Seeking a gentle, non-verbal way to release and realign
- Ready to reclaim your inner power and peace
What to Expect in a SessionEach session is intuitively guided and trauma-informed. You’ll lie down fully clothed in a safe, held space. As sound flows through and around you, you may experience physical sensations, emotional release, imagery, or deep rest. No two sessions are the same—your body will receive what it needs. Most people find these sessions dramatically relaxing & restorative.
Sound therapy & KidsSound healing sessions are a great tool for children of all ages. The sound is very soothing to the nervous system and kids respond very well to this. This is great if you are looking for a gentle, non-invasive way to help your child deal with stress, trauma, sleep distrubances and more.
