#1 somatic practice to release limiting beliefs

Have you noticed how somethings are hard to shake? That something internally is holding you back and sometimes its hard to identify what it is!?

We hold patterns in our nervous system, in our subconscious – beliefs about ourself that are controlling our actions.

Let’s say you have a belief within that you are not worthy of a fulfilling relationship, you may consciously tell yourself that you deserve fulfillment, but deep down you don’t actually believe it.

If you walk around with that belief then when you try to make positive changes in your life, you will very often subconsciously sabotage your efforts. Because you don’t really believe you deserve it.

We all have these beliefs and patterns, they get programmed into us at a young age based on our experiences. Sometimes also programmed into us in adulthood in challenging relationships or experiences.
