Why you must tend to the nervous system to achieve hormonal balance

Did you know that nervous system regulation is essential for long term hormonal balance?

What has happened to us in our past (particularly childhood), our personality, and our level of sensitivity sets the stage for how our underlying hormonal picture will play out. Chronic hormonal dysharmony is a very common symptom that comes from unintegrated childhood trauma and stress.

This of course, impacts women in greater proportion than men, and can present as menstrual irregularities, fatigue, weight gain/ loss, PCOS, infertility and more.
