Grounding Meditation

Feeling ungrounded? stressed, anxious or rattled? Is your tendency to get into fight or flight?

Or maybe you find yourself leaving your body, day dreaming and dissociating?

We all need a little grounding from time to time. This grounding meditation is designed to get you back on earth and back in your body. This is a very regulating practice and a great tool to use when you’re feeling stressed, checked out, not present, anxious etc.
